Return & Exchange Policy

At HMU Elite, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return & exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (with all tags intact).

Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not in their original condition will not be eligible.


2. Return Process

Contact our support team within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp/Email with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the return procedure.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund (as per your preference).


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or model (subject to availability).

If the requested item is not available, you may choose another product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).


4. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the same payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions are not eligible for return/refund unless defective.


6. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement or exchange in such cases.
