Cash on Delivery (COD) – available nationwide
Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (on request)
4. Are the watches original?
Our watches are luxury-inspired timepieces, crafted with premium designs and high-quality materials. They are not branded originals but deliver the same elegant look and feel at an affordable price.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes ✅ You can return or exchange your product within 2 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. (See our Return & Exchange Policy for details).
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
7. Do you offer warranty?
We provide a checking warranty at the time of delivery. Long-term company warranty is not available, but we ensure quality and customer satisfaction with every order.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS so you can follow your parcel online.
9. Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, standard delivery charges apply and will be shown at checkout. Sometimes we offer free shipping promotions.
